GILE 2023 records significant increase in participation from previous year
Taking place across 22 halls of the China Import and Export Complex in Guangzhou, Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE) closed on 12 June 2023 attracting 3,318 exhibitors and 207,681 visitors to its 28th edition, concurrently with Guangzhou Electrical Building Technology (GEBT). This represented a 157% and 62% increase from the previous edition.
GILE 2023 opens on 9 June with over 3000 exhibitors across 22 halls
The 28th edition of Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE) will take place under the theme of “Light +”, from 9 – 12 June 2023 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex. Concurrently held with the Guangzhou Electrical Building Technology (GEBT), the two fairs will expand to occupy areas A, B, and the new area D, covering a total of 220,000 sqm across 22 halls. The fair will explore exciting opportunities in the lighting industry, such as more human-centric interior design, advances in AIoT technology, and changes in consumer behaviour patterns.
GILE 2023 fringe events to highlight nine major lighting areas
Under the theme “Light +”, Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE) will be held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in halls A, B, and D from 9 to 12 June 2023 with over 2,600 exhibitors participating. The 28th edition will feature a variety of fringe events covering nine key areas of lighting, to encourage innovation and development, creating new opportunities for industry players.
GILE 2023 announces expansion
Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE) returns with the new “Light +” concept, to seize market opportunities and fulfil the needs of the lighting industry. The 2023 edition will expand to occupy areas A, B, and the new area D of the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, bringing together over 2,000 exhibitors. The fair aims to provide a platform for sourcing and technological exchange to encourage innovation, bringing about a bright future for the industry.
GILE 2023 highlights six themes exploring the new “Light +” concept
After undergoing large scale structural adjustment and integration in the past few years, the lighting industry has ushered in a new period of transformation, with smart and human centric lighting as a key area for new business growth. Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE) will therefore accompany lighting industry players through the evolution of lighting technology and the new applications and cross-industry collaboration this brings, by exploring different topics and providing exhibitors with a high-quality business exchange platform. GILE 2023 will return to the China Import and Export Fair Complex in halls A and B from 9 – 12 June 2023, exploring the “Light +” concept.
